Dr. Robert Franklin Malsby III, DO

Dr. Malsby was my surgeon for a hysterectomy and he was wonderful. The surgery went great and I had no problems at all. He was very caring, explained everything with patience, and was even very respectful of my time. I felt very well taken care of by him and very blessed to had been referred to him for my surgery. He is a wonderful surgeon.

Dr. Malsby multiple misdiagnosis of appendicitis nearly cost me and my son our lives. Despite numerous requests by myself and my husband, he refused to rule out appendicitis and instead came up with a wide range of alternate diagnosis. He does not like to consider opinions of non-medical professionals, and so belittled our correct suspicions that it was in fact appendicitis. It was only after my appendix ruptured and I was septic (leading to the premature birth of my child) did Dr. Malsby realize that I was right in saying that I had appendicitis. Dr. Malsby should not be allowed to practice medicine, but is allowed to do so since he is sheltered by the government's anti-tort regulations. He should not be trusted.
