Do NOT use this crook!! He takes your money and doesn't care about the outcome. Took 7k from me and used shady tactics and unqualified people. I would love 5 minutes in a room with him.

I had breast augmentation with Dr. Mandraccia back in 2008 and how I wish Google Reviews were more popular then. I had an encapsulated breast looking horrible. I called and came to his office and he did absolutely nothing. He told me to do some exercises that it would eventually drop and that never happened. He refused to replace the implant. I definitely would not recommend him. He promised to fix it and that was a lie with my situation. I continued to call until finally I was told he would not do anything to correct the problem. Considering the amount of money you’re investing I would reconsider.

Poor breast augmentation. Dint put in right size. Doesn’t really care if you like it or not. Left bigger scares then necessary. Had to go to another plastic surgeon to fix what he neglected to care about. His price was up there with the best but certainly not the best. Other Dr had problems with him too. Wish I had known!

doesn't finish what he starts clients after care after surgery; without telling anyone and the client and doctor are still under full contract (signed and paid for), leaves to another office without telling anyone of his clients that still needs follow up care. then tells them to go to a new office/practice at a new location with another doctor where he forgets to tell all hi current clients he was leaving, and now tells his clients need to pay more money from their surgery when it should be free bc they have already paid thousands of dollars to him already for visits and and extra things (still needing removal and follow up care) that have been already paid for... sorry we move, have to pay such & such amount for something this it suppose to be free bc it was already paid for with cash. I really like this doctor until he up and left still under contract with me and others that he was moving to a new practice and their prices are higher so regardless of payment already paid in full… with contract still intact wants you to pay more for things that should be free that are bind into the contract that was already in place months before his move....I just want to be finished with what I paid for. Wont happen bc I have to go to court to get my money back or to finish the rest of my botched surgery.

Had a facelift and I really wasn't happy from the start and should have left.I should have listen to my gut. My earlobes are not the same so it is easy to see I had work done. As far as follow up I had one then had to ask more that once on the others because of some complications. I have not heard a word after that complications to see if I was alright.

I highly recommend Dr. Mandraccia. He is honest, very professional and friendly with patients. A real person! He takes as much time as is needed to answer all questions (and I had many). He will tell you whether he can help you and meet your expectations. He is NOT at all just about the fee or money. Dr. Mandraccia wants his clients to be happy with their results. I am very particular, and this doctor did exactly what he said he could do to repair a totally botched tummy tuck by another physician, where my navel was removed. Dr. Mandraccia fixed that embarrassing problem and restored my abdomen to normal. He re-did the TT without knowing what he would find during surgery, and he did a great job. I feel whole again. I highly recommend this expert physician, who also has compassion for people who have major problems from other botched jobs due to less qualified physicians. He took a chance on/for me, and I appreciate all that he did for me. I look really great now, and feel… so much better about my appearance. You will not be disappointed with this excellent doctor.

I had lipo-suction and there is no difference from before. I am only 120 lbs and there was not THAT much fat to remove - only in a couple of spots. After agreeing to the surgery I had to argue with the office staff that they would honor the price I was quoted, they still added fees and then I ended up having to pay on top of that for one out of two revisions that still didn't make a difference. A lot of money spent for zero result. Very disappointing!

I went to Dr. Mandraccia's office and worked with Fred on my hair replacement procedure. He was very helpful and made me feel comfortable but I am not satisfied with the outcome. I received less than half of the actual grafts that I paid for but was told to give it time. I felt completely taken advantage of because I would never go back and let them work on me again. So in the end, I got taken advantage of. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

i got botox done which i was told was a "special" for $350 areas. after over 10 days, i didn't notice any difference so went back to him and then he told me i would need more botox for more $, i asked him what this "per area" was supposed to be for and he mumbled something about people needing more. Found out that he only injected 25 units the first time for $350 then charged me $150 for 12.5 more 2nd visit, so i ended up paying $500 for 37.5 units of botox which comes out to over $13.3 a unit which is very high. i feel like he totally ripped me off and couldn't care less about me the 2nd visit when i complained. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIPOFF!

Dr. Mandraccia reminds me of how most Dr.'s use to be. He takes time with his patients, explains in detail and when you leave you feel you've been on a visit to a good friend who just happens to be your Dr.
