Dr Meadows listened, documented everything, came up with a plan for my multiple issues and really took his time to understand, so he could help. From the front desk staff, everyone between including the Dr, have been wonderful, caring and most definitely on time. Thank you so very much!

Dr Meadows has been of inestimable help to my wife who was diagnosed in 2009 with Multiple Sclerosis. This is frightening for both of us however we have consistently found great empathy from Dr Meadows. He encourages us to talk about our concerns and listens carefully and non-judgementally, shaping his diagnostic strategy accordingly. He proposes medication only when he feels it is absolutely necessary, yet always respects the fact that the final decisions belong to the patient. He sees his responsibility as that of helping the patient make informed decisions about their health. Frankly, if more physicians were like him, my scepticism of Western Healthcare would be significantly reduced.

My husband had been dealing with headaches and memory loss for some time. We have been dealing with doctors since 1999. We have been to Duke, Baptist and Forsyth only to get different a different diagnosis. Today we saw Dr. Meadows and finally got some answers. He knows his stuff and is very compassionate and caring. He takes time with his patients and listens. I would highly recommend Dr. Meadows to anyone. Finally we got some answers.

Dr.Meadows was my Father's neurologist through Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital. He is an amazing neurologist with wonderful respect for his patients. I would recommend him in a heart beat and was lucky to cross paths with him!

Dr. Meadows is a wonderful doctor. He truly cares about his patients. He spends as much time with the patient as needed, he is no hurry. He wants you to understand your diagnosis. He is a very costwise provider. I really hate that Dr. Meadows left Hampton Roads Neurology to move to Winston Salem, NC. Winston Salem has a true gem.

RSM is an awesome and caring physician. He is down to earth and takes time to explain complicated medical terms on levels the patient can comprehend. His knowledge and experience is evident in his gentle manner. RSM is a fantastic physician and will be dearly missed from the Hampton Roads area. I will be driving to NC for follow up appts!
