Dr. Robert Elliot Miller

The front desk staff makes me feel uncomfortable every single time I go there. They’re unwelcoming, rude, and poor communicators. I’m actively trying to find a new facility where I feel like I belong.

Never had any problems with any of the doctors for my 3 children. I like them all. My only complaint is some of the staff. Although the receptionist that I had an issue with is no longer there so I am hoping she is gone for good. They call to follow up on serious illnesses, they remember who my children are. Biggest complaint is the waiting once you are in a room, sometimes it can be an hour and if you forgot to bring something for your toddler to do, it is going to be a long time.

Dirty dirty office. You have to walk through the sick room to get to the well room? Front desk is clueless and argumentative with all questions. Did I mention it is dirty. A vacuum and some wipes once a day would do wonders.

We absolutely love Dr. Miller and his staff! Dr. Miller and the other providers in his practice are always eager to address our concerns and are very thorough at our office visits. The nurses are knowledgable and very friendly and the front desk always greets us with a smile. We can always get an appt the same day we need one when our children are sick. In addition, they offer Saturday appts which is hard to find at other offices. We wouldn't think of being seen anywhere else.

I love, love, love Dr. Miller. He is the most knowledgable Dr. I have seen. He diagnosed my son with a condition that less than 10% of children get, and did it within a minute of looking at him. However, I hate the office staff he has at Waldorf. I have been going to him for years, and they have always left you on hold for up to 10 minutes at a time, forgotten about you once they take your vitals, and are just rude. I was so fed up with them that I was ready to completely leave Dr. Millers office, until I decided to try Leonardtown. There is a night and day difference with his staff down there. Instead of leaving the practice, I just had my children's records transfered, and now I couldn't be happier. To the lady that posted a comment earlier, I am sure that the receptionist at Waldorf didn't ask Dr. Miller if he wanted to see your son. Dr. Miller held his practice open on a Friday night so he could see my son because I was sure he had strep throat, (which he did) so I know he… would have seen your son on a Saturday if he had been informed of you concern.

i love dr miller. my son was seeing dr lafeer prior to going to dr miller. i didnt feel he was recieving adequate treatment and i was always waiting forever before we were seen, sometimes as much as 2 hours after the appt time. i switched to dr millers office and i couldnt be happier. he is so wonderful with my son and is very thorough and explains everything to me and takes the time to sit with us to answer all questions. he asked about things my previous doctor never brought up and we ended up finding other things that have been wrong with my son. i am so thankful i switched to dr miller. his practice has been a blessing.
