If you want a Doctor who listens and takes all the time in the world with you, this is the Doctor to go to. i have been 100% happy with the care he has provided.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mock's for over 12 years. Dr. Mock is wonderful in every way. I never wait too long for my appointment. He listens to every concern, is patient with me, considers my whole health (lifestyle, diet, etc) and is not too quick to just throw prescriptions at the problem. He asks questions and truly listens to my responses, weighing all options and discussing them with me before coming to a conclusion. Very informative and willing to answer my questions ad-nauseum. Extensive knowledge base. He also has great, long-standing relationships with other physicians and specialists whom he can rely on to care for any additional problems I may have and I am always pleased with my referrals. Blood work can be done on-site which is so much more efficient than driving all over town to find the right lab and taking more time away from work or family. Dr. Mock's office will work with you to figure out affordable options if you have no insurance or not-so-great insurance. His… office is always clean and comfortable and his office manager Brad is a nice and helpful man. This man truly cares about his patients and their overall health. Dr. Robert Mock is everything a doctor should be! I recommend him often and everyone I have sent his way has sung his praises and are continued patients of his. Dr. Mock is that rare jewel of a physician whose clinical judgment is superb and whose recommended treatment cures the complaint or symptoms presented. Dr. Mock also cares about the patient's spiritual condition and shows this concern when conversing with the patient with genuine interest in the patient's overall well being. The staff are excellent and service-minded towards the patients. Both Rhett and Helena will go the extra mile to assist the patients in any way possible.

Dr. Mock is warm, smiling, caring, talkative, and loves to read up on health and continue learning. He really takes the time to talk with you and find out what is going on in your life that can be causing your ailment. He gave me a correct diagnosis and treatment, was investigative about my health symptoms and friendly. I'd say the only real downer is the nurse behind the glass never looks pleased to see you. Her attitude is flat, but she's proper. The wait tends to be a bit long because he spends overtime with patients. But that doesn't bother me. Women: if you're experiencing hormone problems or similar, please go see a specialist asap... It is not his area of expertise. Overall, he is a wonderful doctor to go to.

I have been Dr. Mocks patient for 25+ years. He has not changed a bit. Still the caring and attentive Dr. that makes him so well liked. Always in a good mood. Sometimes I wonder how he has put up with me for so long. He is one super human being. Other Doctors should take lessons on his bedside manner. He is a Jewel. Willing to take the time to discuss any problem you may have at length, and will to work to make things comfortable for you.
