Dr. Robert Leslie Murray, MD

Dr Murray takes the time to listen to any concerns you have. I have never felt rushed and always felt like he took my concerns seriously. He's the most compassionate Dr I've ever been to.

I do not recommend Dr. Murray as an OB, his bedside manner during my L&D was down right rude and condescending. He was 1 of 2 doctors I saw at the practice during my pregnancy and he was so laid back and easy to talk to at my appts and knew I wanted a natural, intervention free birth. Once in labor, I declined the use of pitocin (my L&D was an average length of 18 hr from my water breaking to birth of my baby) and from then on he was very rude and talked down to me every time he spoke . While I was pushing the nurse kicked him out three times but then he just ignored her and stayed in the room. He didn't ask permission to touch me (or even say he was going to touch me) and tried to gang up on me with one of the nurses to do a c-section - my baby was born 30 minutes after this via natural, vaginal, complication free delivery. The only reason he pushed for a c-section was because I looked tired and he wanted to leave (his personal cell phone was ringing non stop!) He also yelled at me… and the nurses when I declined being put in stirrups and got irritated when I asked why I needed pitocin after delivery. I had 2nd degree tear and when he was stitching me up I told him I wasn't numb all the way but he did nothing about it and said that I was just feeling the tugging of the stitches. I have since switched practices and am still very angry at the way he treated me. Do not go to this doctor! No women should ever me treated this way!

I have used him for almost 20 years and he delivered both my kids. Never feel rushed and is a very good listener. I highly recommend him!
