I broke my hand at the gym. After having x-rays I contacted Dr. Myers office the next day. They told me to come in immediately. Dr. Myers took a look at the x-rays and scheduled surgery for the next morning. The surgery went very well, and his staff was very nice and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone. It's rare to find a doctor who cares about his patients, but Dr. Myers went above and beyond.

I recently found myself in need of professional assistance with a very large growth on my scalp. Upon the very first visit at The Myer Institute , I was impressed with quality and expertise of the staff and especially with Dr Myers. Having spent most of my life afraid of doctors , I felt amazingly at ease with Dr Myers. He performed surgery to remove the growth a few days after our initial appointment. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome and with the care I received from start to finish! Dr Myers is an excellent surgeon and really takes time to explain the procedure and follow up . I would highly recommend Dr Myers without hesitation to anyone in need of his superb skill set !

I just had a skin cancer removed Feb 5th. I was a nervous wreck worrying for no reason at all. I even called his office and told them I wanted to be put in the hospital and be put under. Dr. Myers called me his self and talked to me and explained everything to me again. The day I went for surgery Dr. Myers and his staff was very kind to me. Especially Mauro , she was a very sweet person , Dr. Myers couldn't have a better staff member than her. I'm sure the rest of them are nice also, but I only met Mauro. They was short staff that day and still took their time with me. Dr. Myers is a man of God. He talked to me during surgery and kept me calm. Now I hate needles, well let me tell you, I didn't even feel those 6 shots he gave me, didn't even know when he cut me. He is a great plastic surgeon. And the people who wrote bad reviews on Dr. Myers ought to be ashamed of their self's. I never met him until my surgery. It has been two days since my surgery and I'm only a little sore. And here I… was thinking I was going to be in severe pain. I'm so thankful I was sent to Dr. Myers for my Squamous Cell Carcinoma. And thank God he is in Gadsden Alabama. I pray he never moves. And as far as him charging for every band aid he puts on, he has to buy them, so why shouldn't the patient have to pay him back. I'm just thankful for him and you would be to if ever have to use a plastic surgeon. Sorry this review is so long, but people really needs to know what a good surgeon Dr.Myers is, and he does have friendly staff members.

The office staff is very rude and you will receive a bill for Dr. Myers talking with you in the hospital. Apparently, a surgery costing $1200 doesn't include him coming to tell you that your child is doing fine after surgery. They will bill you for every bandage they can!

Dr. Myers is a fantastic physician/surgeon. He is very thorough with his consultations along with his work. He goes out of his way to explain anything and everything a patient needs to know. The work he has performed on me and some other patient's of his (that I have seen) looks great! He genuinely cares about his patient's which is very nice to have in Gadsden. If you don't see Dr. Myers, you're missing out on great surgeon!

Regrettably I did not take a screenshot of my original Facebook post which was IMMEDIATELY removed, I suspect by the individual I will not name that I that I spoke with on the phone and NOT by the Dr. who probably has NO clue of my problem, why I called, and tried to remedy the situation. BUT, that being said, because of that, and irresponsible staff, whether it be his wife or not, no one bothered to try and work out a solution. Now, here it is. First and foremost, most of this was my fault. I won some Juvederm. However, due to a family situation requiring me to sit with an elderly mom out of town, I let the certificate expire by a short period and called immediately up getting home. Was told in no uncertain terms that they were given the Juvederm by a sales rep free and it was expensive. I'm sure they did not let it expire, they could gave sold it to another patient and used different on me. They would not be out any money. I also indicated I had 3 friends… interested in botox and Juvederm and one friend who had had a bad carpal tunnel syndrome surgery in Montgomery and was very interested in making an appointment with Dr Myers because I told her he was a specialist in hand surgery also. LOOKS TO ME LIKE GAINING 4 PATIENTS WOULD BE WORTH ALOT MORE THAN GIVING AWAY A LITTLE BIT OF JUVEDERM AWAY (IF THAT'S WHAT YOU DID). Last thought, Dr. Myers, you might want to watch what your staff automatically deletes off Facebook. It would be nice if someone would try to make amends. We were all excited to have someone in Gadsden for Botox, Juvederm, etc., ....not anymore
