Dr. Robert Ray Nettles, MD

I would like to warn people about this doctor having me PAY IN FULL for 3 visits UPFRONT for a "liquid facelift". After first very unhappy (you can save thousands buying a Groupon instead, trust me!!! ) This office collected 7200.00 on the first visit, then just kept it! This was equivalent to a watered down filler, at best)! After a month I called to cancel future filler installations and get the overpayment credited to my card. I was told NO refunds even if I did not come back to get the fillers. NO service/ products, they were NOT HARMED however kept my money THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!!! There was NO CONTRACT and no verbal or otherwise to force me to have my face injected, however, they kept my money! Even my AMEX credit card refunded 4200.00 BUT 5 MONTHS AFTER THAT I WAS SERVED SMALL CLAIMS COURT PAPERS they actually took me to court to get something for nothing SUING ME FOR SERVICES AND PRODUCT NEVER RECEIVED, DESPICABLE!!!! SO MUCH MORE TO THIS STORY OF UNETHICAL BUSINESS… PRACTICES! I would bet others are outraged by this office disregard of integrity!!!! Beware of this office, plenty of other qualified PROVIDERS! BTW, LOOK UP HIS SHALLOW, WEAK QUALIFICATIONS, this doctor is NOT a specialist, sadly lacking in morals and disregards "treating others as he would treat himself" Gods commandment, despicable! Please don't let these doctors PAY to remove negative reviews, the sad truth of what is real for unsuspecting patients, that is not fair! I am taking this practice/doctor with a formal complaint to the AMA! After what can only explained as the most harrowing 2 years of my life, I developed stress induced alopecia. I haven't started the treatment yet and will update my review after I do, however I wanted to mention that I felt so hopeful after this visit. Plus I got so much information about what is going on with me that I felt like I came away with some wisdom!

This doctor has provided me some of the best experiences with hair loss treatment and I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

I am new to LA and generally get anti-aging treatments every 3-4 months, so I bought a groupon to help find a new doctor here in town. Dr. Nettles' office is beautifully decorated and located in a great spot, and Sabrina and Fernanda are extremely classy and warm and accommodating; it seemed as if this could be the perfect fit. I was pretty well sold on the yearly package they offer until Dr. Nettles came in to do my treatment. Though he appeared handsome and charming and I genuinely wanted to like him, as soon as he opened his mouth he was condescending and snide and questioned my ability to comprehend how a neurotoxin affects a neurotransmitter without being a chemist. I was shocked, to say the least, and continued to have my intelligence insulted as well as my "genetic imperfections" pointed out as the consultation continued. He closed our appointment with a hug and a kiss, as though perhaps we had bonded through this, but I can confidently say that I would feel more comfortable… combatting my "imperfections" anywhere other than there. While I get the impression Dr. Nettles is talented and sharp, his bedside manner leaves quite a bit to be desired, and there are lots of options for this treatment in LA that don't involve being patronized.

Dr Nettles is one of the best non invasive surgeons around. He has done an excellent job on my lower jaw. He is extremely professional as he takes the time to hear what you don't like and hten makes a suggestion. he is patient and very very nice. I have seen many other doctors who try to do this kind of work but he is by far the best.

Run far away from this Doctor. He talks the talks himself up but cannot deliver. On the contrary, he left me looking like a chipmunk , He promised it would go down but it didn't and had to be removed!

If you're looking for honest answers and truthful promises then Dr. Nettles is your man. My results are beautiful and very natural looking. Dr Nettles has given me hours of his time and with the utmost of kindness and true attention to my concerns. His prices are very reasonable, the office lovely and his assistant Melody is always available to answer my phone calls All in all Dr Nettles is a dream come true for those looking for facial improvement without going under the knife. I'm so glad I found him!

Dr. Nettles is the only doctor that I trust to do work on my face. His results are incredible and very natural. People are shocked when I tell them that I have areas of my face injected. He is truly an artist!

I have seen Dr Nettles for the past 8 years for all my non surgical procedures of the face. I look young and have a very natural look as well. I could not be happier with my last non surgical blepharoplasty procedure. Every friend I have recommended to him keep coming back to him as well. Dr Nettles is very personable and care about his patients. Great experience!
