Dr. Robert Oertli, MD

Love Dr. Oertli. He is the best at discussing issues our your level. Never too busy to help you. Always feel like your problem is the most important one he is dealing with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring doctor.

Knows his practice well, would not have another.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I feel bad about giving someone such an awful rating, but I want to let anyone looking for a primary care doctor know not to waste their time (and money)! Every time I see him I am waiting at the very least an hour just to get into the room, and then at least another 30-45 minutes for him to come in the room. And after all of that, he will sit there and tell you that you don't have any problems, after you get through telling him what you're experiencing. He told me I am "too young to have anything wrong" with me. I am 24. I just found out that my thyroid is incredibly low, after he told me I was fine. I found this out because I had my blood test results that HE took on me sent to another doctor, who proceeded to tell me my thyroid is extremely low, my TSH a little low, and my cholesterol is high. Do NOT waste your time and money on this doctor. Find another one! Find a doctor who actually listens to your problems and wants to find a way to help you.… Not who tells you there isn't anything wrong and you're probably feeling bad because you don't work out every day (I am not overweight). Not to mention he offends me every time I see him. He was negative when I told him I was getting married a couple of years ago, for instance. Among other rude comments he makes. You have been warned!

I took the time to download, print, and fill out all paperwork at home but still waited a long time to see the "doctor". I was charged for my previous medical information to be sent to him, although he chose to ignore it and run all the tests over again to no avail. He said he was sure I had been told numerous times in my life about the heart murmur he was sure I had. I do not nor have I ever had a heart murmur. His bedside manner was beyond rude- I wanted to punch him in the face and still do years later. Seeing him was one of the worst experiences of my life. I was there for a simple shot and he completely wasted lots of my time blabbing on and on about nothing- avoid him.

I have never had a better doctor. He spends whatever time is needed to address my issues.
