Dr. Robert Hugh Oliver, MD

My CT scan required a prior authorization and my appointment was canceled because Winston did not obtain it. I called Dr Oliver's office and spoke to him and he said Winston did not mess up and I said because he is your son you are not seeing things clearly. He told me it will not work for us as patient and doctor. The radiology dept called me back and said Winston has now obtained the prior auth and I could now come and see them. No thank you! A simple apology would have resolved this. I didn't receive one from him or his office especially the receptionist....YUCK!!!!

I brought my one week old to Dr oliver for a tongue tie release after a very difficult week of feeding. He spent a significant amount of time building rapport and answering any questions we had. The procedure itseld took a second and has made a drastic difference in my baby's overall temperament and access to nutrition. Our baby is almost three weeks old and is thriving and gaining weight!

very unprofessional and was not very sharp in my opinion. When he gave me the nose and throat scope it hurt and so i said okay okay meaning enough stop. He made a very sharp sarcastic response harshly saying okay what like someone on the street would say challenging you. I really was in disbelief after my wife and i left. He seemed completely clueless about LPR a condition you get from acid,causing clearing of the throat which i have. His website stated he treated it ,but he didn't even know what it was. He told me he would have to have his staff remove that from the website info. The entire visit was just very weird.I left wondering how he could be 5 stars and renowned as his website states. This is my honest review.

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone!!! This by far has been one of the worse experiences I have had with a doctor. I was given no information on how to make my diagnosis better, I received no summary of visit so that I could take to my doctor (after asking multiple times), and they did not have the paperwork you would need to submit paperwork for flex spending. The office staff is extremely unprofessional, and they have the most disgusting smell in the office from some fragrance.

Really down to earth Doctor, very thorough and added bonus-he is friendly too!

I had surgery with Dr. Oliver and was the best. Patient, smooth, on time with appointments and mainly...Debra his secretary is very bubbly and sweet and always willing to assist anyone that walks in. I highly recommend this Provider to anyone and everyone. Thank you Dr. Oliver and Debra for your professionalism...you deserve the highest Stars....!!!!

Dr. Oliver is TOP NOTCH. A personable specialist who is right on time for appointments, explains his thought process, and sees you through the whole case. His assistant Debra is also phenomenal. She is bubbly, charming, and cares deeply for Dr. Oliver and his patients. I received several follow up calls to check in and was told to call any time with any questions. The compassion and empathy exhibited by this team can't be found elsewhere. I would recommend Dr. Oliver with no hesitation to anyone for any ENT case. Truly an 'A+' all around! Thank you for everything!

I was taken into an examing room as soon as I completed first visit paperwork. The doctor was in the room within 5 minutes.
