Amazing as always

He has a surplus of knowledge that help him with giving accurate situations. Very Intune with his patients and listens to the parents about their concerns.

Dr Organ misdiagnosed my son's autism. He was our pediatrician from birth and when my son was a year old and not reaching his milestones, I became concerned and researched. I brought up autism for the next year and he dismissed my concerns. I dropped him and found another dr that actually listened and allowed the referral for a developmental specialist, who diagnosed my son with severe autism. Dr Organ treated me like I didnt know anything and told me to stop researching. He also misdiagnosed my older son's eczema. He thought it was a condition called granuloma anular and said there was no treatment for it so my son just had to live with it. I pushed hard for a dermatology referral and he reluctantly gave it and said that the dermatologist would say the same thing. The derm actually laughed when i told her what he said bc granuloma anular is a condition that only elderly people get. She then appropriately diagnosed it as eczema. Dr Organ did not listen to my concerns and is the reason… it took so long to get my sons autism diagnosis and it is very upsetting to me.

Dr. Organ is an amazing peds doc! He was always friendly and spoke to my girls in a way that showed how much he truly cares for children. Always had a professional manner and would always place the needs of my children first. I am sad we are moving and have to find a new doctor.

My daughter has seen Dr. Organ since she was a newborn, and as a first time mother, I always bombarded the doctor with a myriad of questions during her appointments. He has always taken the time to thoroughly answer my questions, and never made me feel rushed. I know my daughter is in very good hands with this physician. Doctor Organ is a father himself with a daughter around the same age as mine, and I know he looks after my daughter the same as he would his own. Best pediatrician ever.

Dr. Organ is a great person. My daughter doesn't do well with doctors and I'm very critical of the medical field in general. He's very patient and compassionate. He listens to my concerns and is passionate about what he does.

But...his office staff is unreliable and sometimes down right rude. He is great with children, knowledgeable, compassionate, and listens to parents. However, getting referrals and paperwork signed is frustrating. There is a lack of follow through from his office staff. It is better now that he is in the Heights office.

This dr was all over the place, he was scatter brained and unable to focus. The office staff was ridiculous, no courtesy was demonstrated or professionalism. I see that is says Harker Heights but actually the office is in Killeen
