Robert Owens, M.D. graduated from Louisiana State University in New Orleans and earned his medical degree from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in 1975. He performed his internship at Charity Hospital in New Orleans. In 1976 he served as a resident in General Surgery at Carraway Methodist Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama. And, then as an Otolaryngology resident at Louisiana State University School of Medicine until 1980.

Dr. Owens has been board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology since 1980. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, Southern Medical Society, Louisiana Academy of Otolaryngology, Louisiana State Medical Society, and is a past president of the St. Tammany Parish Medical Society.

Told me it was old age, clicking in ear. Did some checking and it can be caused by low or high blood sugar. Which turned out I had high blood sugar. And he charged me $140.00 to tell me it was old age.

Made appointment for a procedure done granted the appt after the weekend cancelled previous appointment to make this one when I got there and went into the dr office he did not want to perform The procedure which he has done before on my ear laceration .basically the same thing . I was also quoted a price for the procedure . When I told them who the lady was who gave me the appt and price. They basically said she's confused . My question is why you did it before . And how can you quote me a price on something you don't do .waste of my time .
