Dr. Robert Denardo Patterson, MD

Very bad experience with Dr. Patterson and his fellow staff. Did not seem to care and even made some racially charged remarks

I was recently discharged from the inpatient unit after a very difficult time for me and my family. Dr. Patterson tool the time to listen to me, establish a diagnosis, and recommend a treatment plan. I wish their were more physicians who took the time to care the way Dr Patterson does.

Dr. Patterson is an excellent physician. He is empathetic, knowledgeable and takes the time to fully listen to his patients. He has a passion for the field of psychiatry and it shows through his interaction with patients. I high recommend Dr. Patterson. His integrity and care for his patients is unparalleled.

Dr Patterson is a very kind and caring physician. During a difficult time for me, he took the time to help me understand my illness and recommended a treatment plan. Throughout my stay we discussed my response to medications and worked together to help me heal. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

This man should never be allowed to deal with patients. He was verbally abuse and had me leaving his office in tears. He works part time at Wabash in Lafayette. Luckily my therapist who was down on the first floor saw me crying and talked to me. He has had several complaints and I was encouraged to write a statement. He also doesn't show up on time for his appointments. I understand he is coming from Indianapolis but he can make an effort to leave earlier and not keep people waiting. I am so glad I never have to see this man again.
