Dr. Robert Godfrey Perry, MD

Instills confidence and takes time with me. Runs a good medical staff. Listens to my chief complaints and answers my inquisitive questions.

My experiences are associated with the office. They don't return phone calls even after speaking to the office manager. I left this office years ago and returned after several phone calls asking me to return. I decided to give them another try thinking they may have changes. Unfortunately they have not. What good is having a doctor if you can’t get in to see him. I regret I left my doctor to five them another try, only to have to return. I spoke to the office manager directly who also failed to do her job. I am sharing my experiences so jo one else needs to experience the same.

Dr Perry should be embarrassed of his PA Savannah and her Med Assistant. 2 weeks now of trying to get my correct prescription and now must go to ER because they do not care to do their jobs. 12 years a patient and am now leaving.

Dr. Perry is a wonderful, conscientious doctor.

I have been seeing doctors Perry and or gomez for years. They are both very good and they explain EVERYTHING to you in a manner you understand The staff is really nice pbut some patients stand there and aggravate them. I recommend doctor Perry and his staff to everyone

I recently was in the hospital, as usual was asked who my primary doctor is, then released and ordered to see my primary within a week. Was informed nothing available for over 2 months. I need to see him in a week because of medicine mixups in the hospital. Dr Perry is only in the office 2 days a week Just not acceptable for me, so now I need to research for a doctor I can rely on. I place an email to him while in the hospital and no response whatsoever from him or anyone else. Very upset by the whole thing and his practices.

Even had to wait 15 minutes with the first appointment in the morning.Mr. Gomez is excellent and informative. Excellent demeanor and listens. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS have issues with this office with regard to prescription refills and my pharmacy. They NEVER respond to a pharmacy and ALWAYS blame the pharmacy. Recommend you take scripts with you and drop them off.

dr. Robert Perry MD MD and Johnny Gomez PA is very good the office staff definitely needs Improvement it is awful I am changing primary care doctors because of the office down

Dr. Perry is a new physician for me. I have only seen him a few times. I was impressed. My last visit was very good and I left there freely like some of my issues would be resolved. Turns out that after I went to see a specialist that Dr. Perry said I should see to have a test done and then to make an appointment with Dr. Perry with the results of the test was shocking. The office said I wouldn't be able to see the Dr. Perry for over a month because he is doing research. So I didn't want to see anyone other than Dr. Perry. I didn't make the appointment then. I called again to see if he started seeing patients again and they said he's only there part time and I wouldn't be able to see him until the end of November. I'm not sure if that's acceptable to me. If this is the way the Doctor is handling things I can't afford to not have a doctor I can rely on. I will do some research and look for another Doctor.

I have had Dr Perry since 2010 he was recommended by the nurses at Memorial West I love him I dont mind going to his office to see him or Johnny Gomez
