I am a regular of Dr. Pilchiks and could not ask for a more caring or knowledgeable doctor. While he may seem young, his vast knowledge of the cardiovascular system immediately put my mind at ease. I was given ample time to ask any questions or voice my concerns during and after the appointment and always received a call back. Dr. Pilchiks staff and office is also another plus, I have never had a long wait either in the waiting room or exam room, all of his staff is very friendly and knows what they are doing. His Medical Assistant is kind, caring, and always puts my nerves at ease. A++ all around!

I didn't think of leaving an online review of Dr. Pilchik after my first and only visit with him 12 years ago. However, I came across this site and felt my experience might help others. To me, it is no coincidence that his ratings are highly polarized. I saw him right after a mild heart attack I suffered at the time. If anything, my blood pressure was higher after this visit than it was before. It all started when I heard him and his nurse laughing that my record said I had a heart attack right after my large lunch of Chinese food. (Is that funny?) Later in the consultation he frightened my wife and I with an overstatement of how much damage my heart attack did (he was basing this on a quick call with my interventional cardiologist given that my records hadn't arrived yet) and how it took place in the WIDOWMAKER artery (the LAD). I was quite distraught after this visit and didn't feel better until I checked with my attending cardiologist at the hospital, who confirmed that I had a… TINY heart attack that did very little damage. I have been with my attending cardiologist over the past 12 years and never had another issue in all that time. If you are considering Dr. Pilchik, I would just advise you to remember my story and also examine the degree of polarized response he receives in his ratings and reviews. Thank you.

I've seen Dr. Pilchik multiple times. He is extremely down to earth, yet very professional. He takes his time with my questions and concerns. Ive always felt comfortable leaving his office. His Staff is amazing.

Does spend time with you to answer all your questions and concerns. Speaks to you in a professional yet down-to-earth manner. Has worked with me to schedule visits when my availability has been limited. Old enough to be experienced. Young enough that he will be able to care for his patients many years into the future. Affiliated with one of the best hospitals in Westchester County.
