Dr. Robert Dale Pilkinton, MD

If you do what he says you can't go wrong. If want someone who doesn't get on to you for not taking care of yourself, talk to your mother.

Dr. Robert Pilkington is a Great Doctor that is full of knowledge. His years of experience has brought him to the Forefront of Doctors as he has seen it all and is the first to recognize the problem that a person is having by their symptoms. He knows first hand the problem and has saved many lives by getting to the problem fast. New doctors that are just starting their Practice will take years to learn the knowledge that school does not provide them with. Also Dr. Pilkington really cares about his patients and will follow up with them.

As with ALL doctors, you wait too long

All of you who wrote RUDE comments about a really great family physician need to find another doctor. This physician gives you the best care anywhere and YES you do have to wait a bit sometimes. You don't mind when it's your turn and people have to wait on you. I do agree that his staff is VERY RUDE and they need to start working on that today.

I was sick for many years. My other doctors couldn't find anything. Dr. Pilkington saved my life. He did the right test and found I had brain tumor cancer. I'm alive. He saves lives every day.

Dr. Pilkinton probably does need to retire. He does not accept visa/debit for payment. On my first visit they did not tell me this over the phone and when I arrived they sent me down to the ATM machine to get cash which cost me about $5 total in service fees. I liked that Dr. P tried to get to know me and talk to me at first about myself but he really couldn't hear or understand a thing I said. I don't think he hears well. In the end he filled me up with a bunch of medication for a sinus infection and told me to come back in two weeks. His secretary is also a little hateful and short.

THIS DOCTOR HAS BEEN IN THE PRACTICE TO LONG. WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW HIS BOARD EXAMS WENT. HE NEEDS TO RESEARCH ON MODERN MEDICINE AND MODERN TREATMENTS. I AM GETTING MY MOTHER IN LAW A NEW DOCTOR.

You will almost always have to wait for him in an office visit but excellent otherwise. He came to the ER at midnight when I was admitted for pnuemonia to check on me. 25+ year patient.
