Dr. Robert Charles Platner, MD

This office treats families as if they aren’t educated and beneath them, especially Dr. Platner. The nurse or medical assistant assumed I had no idea what psoriasis or Pityriasis was and her exact words were, “ I know your looking at me like what is that.” She proceeded to write the wrong diagnosis down as if I was uneducated. Sometimes I play in to it but I was just irritated at this point. Then Doctor Platner comes in with a student from Emory and clarifies the diagnosis. We started to talk about another issue and the way he referred to hisself as if he was higher than thee. His exact words were, “I have a house and even I have issues.” Just because your a doctor doesn’t make you untouchable and the fact he went on about a subject he had no idea about made me question if I should even be at this office. I felt the student had more sense than the staff and doctor. I will never go back.
