Dr. Robert James Plunkett, MD

dr. Plunkett and his associates performed my surgery back in 1993. They were very thorough and explained everything to us in language we could understand. He was very kind and helpful throughout my journey as one of his patients. I highly recommend him and his associates. He treated me for what was known then as Arnold Charlie malformation. It is now known as Chiari malformation. I am now 65 years old and I am fully satisfied with what he was able to accomplish back in 1993. I am now down in Florida where I am going to be reassessed again after not having been assessed for 15 years. I know my family appreciated his expertise as well as his bedside manner. Back to the technologies for leaving ratings was not available. I am happy to add and express my thoughts about Dr. Plunkett in the Google rating system.

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Plunkett! He took the time until he eventually figured out what was wrong with the issues I was having. I highly reccomend him!

What a kind, caring, competent - yet humble - doctor. I wish they could all be like him.

Dr.. Plunkett performed a double implant for p.d. on me a few years ago without a problem. he has an excellent bedside manner and is the best at diagnosing a problem. U.B.N.S. should consider themselves lucky to have a dr. of his caliber on their staff. I hope to remain his pt. for as long as possible.

This Doctor is quite knowledgeable but is abrasive and impatient with any questions or discussion. He is so difficult and dismissive with questions that it seems that he is uncaring. If you are of a sensitive nature choose someone else.

Excellent surgeon. Excellent follow up. Ok bedside manner
