Glad he is gone!! What a jerk!!

I tried physical therapy for my back, which didn't help. I have arthritis in my back. I didn't want to be on pain meds anymore. They didn't seem to be helping anymore! Dr Prince explained how he could help me slowly decrease them so I could have him burn the nerves in my back. I was finally able to get had what's called radio frequency ablation 2 months ago. World of difference for me! I wish I had known about that 2 years earlier to help my pain.

I've seen him 4 times now so I feel comfortable given an honest review. I should have heeded the uneasy feeling from my first visit when I was constantly interrupted and told I didn't know what kind of hardware I had in my own back. Of course my scans proved me right and him wrong. I finally had a procedure that he was an hour and a half late for but Ok, I understand it happens. What I couldn't understand and will not tolerate is some rude Doctor yelling at me because the procedure hurts because he didn't numb the area. No apology for pm him at all because he actually yelled at me for feeling the pain then stormed off. Seriously, stay away for this jerk.

Dr. Prince needs to remember that we the PATIENTS employ HIM. We can fire him at any time for any reason. He works for us, not the other way around. Such a disappointment. Well, I should have known better I did read his reviews before my first appointment. Majority of his reviews are terrible, but I was going to give him the benefit of the doubt. Well, he certainly lived up to those terrible reviews! I'm a nurse and I also report back to insurance companies about doctors for them, of course they don't know that. In all my years of working doing this I have never come across a doctor with such terrible bedside manners. He will talk over you, not listen to what you have to say, he is rude, and arrogant. He didn't even look at my chart and right away accused me of being a druggie. I just sat there, nodding at appropriate times, and the occasional uh huh. He tries this scare tactic. He will get all fired up and go on and on about how pain meds do not work. Then he will accuse you of being… a druggie just seeking and he will tell you, I'm not going to be that Doctor that just writes a RX and sends you on your way! He tries to break you down until you either cry or get upset and react to him. He is wanting you to be outraged at him for saying he is not going to give pain meds. It's a game to him. If he breaks you down and you become argumentative with him, he will not write for anything to help you. If you sit like a good little patient, play along, and say nothing, guess what? After his big speech about not writing a RX was for nothing! I walked out with a RX in hand. I could care less. I can choose any pain doctor I want, I'm the employer I have that power. I will be looking for a different doctor, one who shows compassion, cares about their patients, and is genuinely kind.

My Doctor retired and I was without a pain doctor, long story short wound up going to Dr. Prince. He took me off ALL my meds and wanted to use the spinal stimulator. I tried to tell him I had already tried that . He would not listen to any thing I had to say. He said if he took just one of the pain meds that my prior pain doctor gave me (which I have taken for over 10 years and I am still alive) that he would die. Really?? How stupid does he think I am? I am 70 years old and I have to use a walker and have a 3 tier spinal fusion as well as several compression fractures. Now I can't find a pain management doctor and I live in constant pain. Don't make the mistake and go to Dr. Prince. He is rude and arrogant

The office lost my records twice that were hand carried to his office. The office took nearly two months to get an appointment then Dr Prince badmouthed my doctor that referred me (that doctor who was great retired). Dr Prince only wanted to do expensive injections in my back that have never worked beofore and told me I was addicted to pain medicine even though I have been taking the same low amount for the past 10 years. Find a real doctor.

Do not go to this doctor if you want help. He doesn't believe in pain medicine and if you take pain medicine he says you have a problem. His bedside manner was HORRIBLE!!!

Very satisfied with my care and outcome post-treatment. Office staff I found to be pleasant and helpful. I thought Dr. Prince was very patient and spent time answering my questions and going over any concerns.

Relieved my neck pain. Extremely competent physician. Very skilled and experienced in what he does. I felt that he really cared about me and did what was in my best interest. Very easy to talk to about anything.

His staff is horrible. Unprofessional and mediocre experience. When he was with St. Francis he was great. Difficult to contact office, no direct line.
