Dr. Robert G Ranelle, DO

He was very rude and unprofessional. He didn't listen to the problem at all and actually made it worse. (Due to him not caring to know the the full issue) He didn't tell me what was wrong, or explain my issue. When I tried explaining to him he got snappy with me. He cussed throughout the appointment. He insulted me to the point that I left there in shock at how I was treated. The follow up I was too scared to turn down making will be canceled and I will find someone that won't treat me like his misery is my fault. I wouldn't recommend this jerk to my worst enemy. I'd also like to add the nurse in the room didn't seem to know much about what he was asking her to do and even seemed scared of him. When I left I felt extremely insulted and Violated.

Has performed two different surgeries and both were great! Loved how he was straight up and honest and didn't try to sugar coat anything. Talking w/him came very easy and answered all my questions.

Very unprofessional. Leaves door open during visit so other patients can see you, and does not close door even when you are asked to pull down your pants. Privacy does not exist in his office. Showed me another patients x-ray image and did not cover up his name. Talks about other patients and refers to them by name. I believe this is against the law, but not sure. Doesn't seem to care about a patient's privacy.
