The staff at this office went above and beyone to ensure i got the care i needed. When my neurologist's staff misplaced a prescription their own doctor had written for me, it was Dr. Rapp's staff who stayed on top of the other office to ensure I was able to get my medication. Dr. Rapp is friendly, courteous, and well mannered and seems to genuinely be interested in his patients. He doesn't over order tests or over prescribe medication, and keeps a well educated, friendly and experienced staff in his office.

My wife has called for appointments and on three separate occasions was told that they had no appointments and to go to urgent care. She's an established patient there. Once when she was pregnant with a cold Dr. Rapp said to go to urgent care. She wound up going to the ER because urgent care was so packed, then Dr. Rapp's office called her and said her insurance wouldn't cover her ER visit unless she went to them for a follow up. So, she already paid the $125 ER co-pay and they wanted her to come for a follow up (another co-pay) when she was already feeling better after turning her away while she was sick. And where did they get their information about how insurance works? Our insurance couldn't have cared less if we followed up with Dr. Rapp. Two separate visits. Of course her ER visit wound up being covered - and neither of us will ever go to Dr. Rapp's office again.
