Have seen Dr Rifkin for 25 years even travelled back to STL to see him when we got transferred out of town for 7 years! King, compassionate, caring, never rushed. Has been so great about getting all the meds just right to keep me going at my very best

Dr. Rifkin is a doctor that dispenses medicine. I've been going to him for many years. If you need or want therapy he will refer you to a therapist.

Been a patient for 2 years. Was the first one to have an appointment and accept my insurance and I needed refills on my medications. Every visit is spent going over irrelevant facts previously discussed and glossing over VERY BIG things like suicidal ideation, hypersomnia, the fact that my depression medications are not working...his response, to go to bed early...I already sleep 12 hours. Maybe it's "sleep apnea". No. It's untreated depression! I have no motivation, I am crying, I am telling you the other thousand stressors in my life including the death of my best friend last month...as he walked me to the door to make an appt in four months...Won't be there in 4 months. Borderline malpractice.

Dr. Rifkin has been my doctor for 16+ yrs. He is very patient and always spends some time checking in on how my life is going since my last visit. He is very open to listening and discussing alternative options where meds are concerned. I feel very comfortable talking to him and trust him completely.

Got my med combo right. My depression is almost non existant and I'm not angry anymore. Great dr. Very kind.

Been going for years because of medication makes it necessary. Learn something new every time I see him. ??

Doesn't really care as he is seeing you. Just goes through the motions. Also money hungry. He charged me for a missed appointment. Won't be back and don't recommend him.

this doctor just wants to push meds and does NOT listen. He left me hanging with a flippant answer when I was desperate.

I would highly recommend Dr. Rifkin.

I've seen Dr. Rifkin since 1993. He's an excellent doctor. He is calm, kind and very competent. I disagree with the negative opinions expressed here. I have not experienced any of the below-mentioned difficulties. He's more than competent. I believe he saved my life.
