His nursing staff sucks

Worst place ever. I had been trying to schedule a simple appointment for weeks. First off it took them almost a week just to answer the phone, then when they did their secretary was extremely rude and it took them almost 2 weeks to return a phone call! Then after finally getting everything set up, they have the nerve to call and tell me they weren't going to accept me as a patient because I lived 60 miles away! That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard! Especially when I was private pay and was going to have to pay up front for each appointment out of pocket! This place does not care about their patients at all

I have seen Dr. Riggs throughout my whole pregnancy and he has been such a great and dedicated doctor. He is very knowledgeable and professional and always able to answer any questions we had. The best thing is that he is a family doctor, so once he delivers our son next week he will be his pediatrician. I would definitely recommend him!!
