Dr. Robert Todd Rinnier, DO

I was a patient of his for years and he was very good in the beginning. As time went on, he built a large following and invested in a surgical center where he does his procedures things quickly changed for the worse. On several occasions he did not show up for my scheduled appointment and nobody from the office called me. The last time he was in but according to staff was "double booked" and could not see me even thought I waited for over a month to get the appointment. I was told I was moved to the NPs schedule but nobody would own up to doing it. He told me in the past all I needed to do was ask to be seen by him and he would arrange to see me. He did not keep his word. Never an apology from him, just too busy making money to care about me. Had a problem with the surgical center he partially owns and while not going into it until I hear back from my attorney my wife who use to see him now has to be moved to a new doctor at another practice which is just not fair to her. He may be… technically skilled but somewhere along the way he lost his humanity.

Dr Rinnier is an amazing doctor with his care, compassion and understanding of his patients' suffering with pain. I'm grateful he was able to give me back injections to help me and also burned the nerves in my neck to relieve my neck pain. The procedure is not as bad as it sounds. I have recommended Dr. Rinnier to several people that suffer with pain and will continue to recommend him. He is a knowledgeable pdofessional

I would have to say I've been to other Pain Management Doctors and Doctor Robert Rinnier is by far the best I have experienced. He makes me feel at ease talking to him and listens to all my problems. I never feel rushed when talking to him. He explains all my options and seem honestly concerned with my condition. Like I said he doesn't rush me and he's not the pushy type. He tells me all my options and what he recommends, but he leaves it up to me what to do. I recommend him to my friends and to you too. You won't be sorry.

I have waited in pain if my insurance would not cover Dr. Rinnier. I could have gone to one of the other docs in the practice but I only let Dr. Rinnier near my neck and back.

I've been treating with Dr. Rinnier for a couple years now and i've had nothing but great experiences. Dr. Rinnier has been the only doctor thats been able to help me get my back pain under control. He takes the time to explain everything to me.
