Intimidating and aggressive. He cut nerves in my neck and couldn’t be bothered to hear about my complications. What a jerk…

Dr Rogers’ “exam” of my upper body was so rushed; I felt like I was just an object. I asked him, "you don't need to see the lower body?" He told the nurse to give me a full gown & walked out. Upon return, he stood squarely in front of me & said, "I just want you to know that what you said just now was very annoying to me." I was shocked & asked what I had said. He said, "You said, 'you don't need to see the lower body?' I thought I was just doing upper body; the nurse told me you didn't want lower body." I explained that I had NOT said that, but had told the nurse I was unsure, this being my 1st skin exam, and was told to start w/ upper body (half-gown). Then he lectured ME about how I need to be clear about what I want, & lectured the NURSE about how some people don't know how to communicate very well so she just needs to take charge. He spent more time berating us than on my exam! I said I didn't feel comfortable proceeding now. He said he was "just running a business efficiently"

Dr. Rogers has been the dermatologist for our entire family for close to 10 years. His knowledge and experience is so vast that a diagnosis is always quickly reached and a treatment plan laid out. Always an on-time appointment both getting into the room and checked out of the office. The entire staff is very professional and knows how to make the process quick, efficient and mostly effective.

I have had an ongoing skin problem for at least three years now that has caused me pain, EXTREME fatigue, frustration and feeling like I look like a monster. I was at my wits end after seeing 6+ doctors and being prescribed at least 9 medications (mostly antibiotics) and was referred to this doctor. I stripped down to my underwear and was wearing a paper gown (although the issue was on my scalp and head) telling him about my problem, while in tears, begging him to please find out what was wrong. I was feeling unreal pressure and pain in my scalp and was already feeling hopeless from three years and many doctors of this. I have never been so humiliated and degraded in my life. I’m not a dumb person, quite the opposite, and I know my body and when something is going on...especially after dealing with it for so long. If I had not been practically naked I would have walked out before he finished telling me that he couldn't help me because I had psychiatric problems and was imagining… my issues. I finally got dressed, and as I walked out of that office, crying so hard that I could barely catch my breath, I didn’t know what I was going to do. He gave me no hope, was aggressive towards me and even had the nerve to want me to reschedule another appointment with him. I indeed felt lost and had no hope...no hope. Dr. Rogers put the icing on my cake of despair. After meeting me one time and spending maybe 15 minutes with me, he made assumptions and conclusions about me that were very wrong and emotionally harming...as if I wasn’t already on the verge of a massive breakdown because of the terrible pain and helplessness I already felt. Thanks for NOTHING Dr. Rogers.

EXCELLENT staff ... Best Dermatologist around.... If you're looking for great dermatologist doctor Robert Rogers is the doctor for you!!

Dr. Rogers has terrible patient interaction. He is extremely arrogant and condescending. Furthermore he spends very little time with you and then poo-poos your questions and concerns.
