Dr. Robert Mark Rosen, DO

Took my son in for a bad rash with a 9:15am appointment — he missed a full day of work for this. Dr. Rosen said he'd send the prescription to the pharmacy "shortly." Five hours later, nothing. We called repeatedly and left multiple messages with no response. When we finally got someone on the phone, they pulled his chart and told us his last visit was actually back in December, years ago — total confusion on their end. The excuse we got was that Dr. Rosen is "too busy" to send prescriptions to all his patients. That's not an acceptable answer when someone is in pain and waiting on medication. Extremely disorganized office and poor follow-through. Would not recommend.

This dermatology practice has it all, great doctor, fantastic office staff, clean and updated. From front desk with Sandy to pre-exam with Karen, both professional, caring and thorough techs that further enhance Dr. Rosen's practice. Receive cancellation availability thanks to Sandy and excellent pre-exam with Karen as she follows up with pictures and taking detailed notes of skin and health concerns. One has total confidence when visiting Dr. Rosen's office - you have all your issues resolved in short time. You are the only one sitting as it is a very ,very busy office and staff are totally engaged 100% - the only person sitting is you. If you must wait a bit, there's always a good reason for it and well worth the wait.

He didn't tell me anything I didn't already know and I'm not a doctor. I was rushed. Definitely will not be returning.

Dr Rosen is by far one of the most intelligent and knowledgeable doctors I have ever seen. He's not necessarily a conversationalist but I like his dry sense of humor. The ladies in the office are awesome.

Have been a patient of Dr. Rosen for 15+ years and always receive the best care! The great medical staff complete this practice as one of the BEST in Ocean County. The new expanded office is wonderful in a great location, clean and cheerful staff welcome you. This extremely busy practice (people know where to get the best) always goes over and above to make sure every detail of your visit is recorded and photos are always taken for your file as reference points. Waiting a few minutes to see the Medical Assistant or Dr. Rosen is worth the wait since skin issues and worries are a thing of the past once you are a patient of this practice. You are receiving the BEST at DR. ROSEN'S OFFICE from the doctor, to medical assistant to office staff billing and appointments!

From the first visit with Dr Rosen, years ago, my opinion and my gratitude has never waivered. My self and my family are treated with thorough care, respect & never with unnecessary procedures. We have been squeezed in, last minute, and the staff is always courteous and concerned. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Rosen.

Dr. Rosen diagnosed and removed a large skin cancer from my ear. He had to reconstruct my ear after., My ear healed beautifully and you can't even tell surgery was done there. The staff was really friendly and helpful also.

Worst experience in a doctors office. Have not had an appointment that I was on time. At least a 30-60 minute wait every visit. I was there today for a family member to have a surgical procedure. After sitting waiting for 90 minutes in the waiting area for the procedure to be completed, and questioning the front desk staff about the progress, my family member exited the treatment room very unsteady!!! After seating my family member in the waiting room, I went up to the front desk to get post op instructions. I was told that they are the "normal post op instructions" . My response was " and what might that be". She proceeded to "yell" back to the doctor in his office the question. He proceeded to "yell" back the instructions!!!!!!!! How can any doctor treat a patient like that, especially a senior citizen that is handicapped!!! Absolutely despicable!!!!!! Needless to say, we are changing dermatologists!!!! Beware!!!!!

This office required me to move my appointment up because they had other appointments that cancelled and wanted to close early. I waited 20 minutes in the office while the doctor was on a personal call, which I could hear. He barely looked at my face and kept talking over me when I tried to answer a question. I called to cancel my second appointment and it turns out they never even put me in the system so I lost $40 on a co pay which they didn't count. I would not ever reccommend this doctor.

The best dermatologist around. He is a very thorough doctor.
