Takes the time to really listen. What is even better is that he leads you answer your own questions, thus helping assure that you will follow his advice.

Dr. Rothermel moves slower than a snail and is always behind. The staff offer no help regarding wait time. He only offers appointments during normal business hours, which means I have to take time off from work to see him. However, I've already waited 1 1/2 hours, only to be seen for 10 minutes. Furthermore, once your refills run out, he refuses to call a new prescription to the pharmacy unless you schedule an appointment to see him. I was out of all my medications for over a week because the office canceled my appointment because they had no power, and he wouldn't refill my medications until he saw me! So, unless you don't work or are retired, avoid him at all costs.
