Dr. Robert Eric Sarche, MD

I'm a 66 year old man who has been seeing Dr. Sarche for about 10 years. I've found him to be the most caring, knowledgeable and professional doctor I've ever seen. In fact, I drive from southeast Denver to his Conifer office to see him, which by the way is a beautiful drive. His diagnosis and recommendations have always been right on the mark, and I have complete confidence in the care he and his office provide to me. I have never had a unpleasant experience with him or his staff. Amazing, many times I'll get follow up calls from him after hours at home to go over lab results. During office visits, he takes time to ask about my job and family which I really appreciate. I couldn't recommend a better family physician to anyone.

Been going to Dr. Sarche for 14 years for Type I diabetes which also can involve high blood pressure, thryroid and side effects that accompany this condition. Dr Sarche is not only a competent doctor with astute insights but is a friend. I totally trust him on whatever he would diagnose for my medical situation.

Unlike other doctors he spends time with his patients and explains why he's ordering tests, prescribing medications, and why he's suggesting what you should do. I'm 70 years old, had Kaiser for 45 years, then, Blue Cross Blue Shield, the last 3. During those 45 years with Kaiser I had many doctors, and, since transferring to Blue Cross, my Doctor has been Robert Sarche, approximately 3 years. There is no doubt he is by far, the best doctor I've ever had. Extremely knowledgeable, aware of latest medical developments, listens attentively, spends as much time with you as you need, always thoughtful, kind and courteous. A people person with wonderful 'peoples skills.' Came to him with numerous problems and within a short time has corrected those illnesses and has me on a road to a long, healthy life. I am so grateful for Dr Sarche. I trust him with my life.

Dr. Sarche has been my doctor for a lot of years, maybe 10-12. I used to live in Conifer but moved to downtown Denver 7 years ago and still travel the 45 minutes to see him for my annual physical or as the need arises. Dr. Sarche listens to me, asks me questions to get to the bottom of concerns or issues, discusses options and the pros and cons, is very careful about what to recommend based on me as a person. I never feel like he is rushing on to the next patient which has to be difficult in order to not keep others waiting. One of the reasons I think he is a great doctor is because he is constantly keeping up with the latest research and doesn't just run with whatever he learned in school. For example, he tells me "we used to think this... but the latest research out of ___ suggests we should be considering treatment like this." I think that's wonderful that he continues his training and keeps up with the latest in medicine. He is easy-going and makes sure he has addressed… everything on my mind before I leave his office. It's worth the time and miles to keep seeing him. When blood work comes back, he always calls and explains the results. If I don't answer he provides a very long detialed message about the results and any recommended follow-up action. I trust him and depend on him to help me live a healthy life.

He spends time explaining the results, future and has genuine interest in my well being. Gives me confidence in his diagnosis.

I have been seeing Dr. Sarche for several years now. Mostly just for my annual physical. He always takes the time to listen and discuss my health with me. He offers great advice and answers to my questions. None of the in and out quickie visits that have become all too common with many doctors. Occasionally when something is questionable with my health we discuss options and he will refer me to a specialist if needed. That said, he is knowledgeable on nutritional issues as well. Too many doctors these days are quick to try and fix everything with a pill. We have now moved 3 hours away from Conifer and I will continue to see Dr. Sarche for my annual physical. When I find a good doctor I want to keep seeing him.
