Dr. Robert Gerald Sarsfield, MD

I will start off by saying that I have had 2 very major surgeries preformed by Dr. Sarsfield and am very lucky to be alive today they were not pretty the one was a typical surgery for him until my recovery in ICU then he and Dr. Wait had to take me back in for complications. The second was a nightmare and lasted I believe 8+ hours with additional complications and things that had to be fixed once they got me opened up, I will mention that this fine Dr. was recovering from a recent surgery of his own and was using a cruch to help him get around and did not take any pain meds himself to perform my surgery that turned into an all day long surgery. He put my needs before his own and got me fixed up all of my family speaks highly of him and his abilities as a Dr. even though the last surgery I had was a nightmare he really made my family feel at ease with my recovery looking very bleak to begin with. I can recall him telling me like it was and that I needed to get up and move around I got… very angry with him because I was in so much pain and he simply replied I know you are hard headed (which I am) but this is what you need to do to get on the road to recovry young lady! I will say that he treats me like a part of his family he is genuinly caring and this shows in his care. I would recomend him for any vascular surgery he is one of a kind and it awesome at what he dose. Dr. Sarsfield rocks!
