Sent my husband home after hip re placement without blood thinners or asprin, he ended up with a blood clot from hip to ankle. My husband continued to complain about his leg hurting for a couple of months and all he said is yes it is swollen, 4 days after his last visit he was in the hospital with the blood clot ! Here we are 10 months later, 2 specialist later, scare tissue in his vein, wearing support hoes and having intense therapy so he can walk without a cane!! Very personable guy ,good bed side manner but office is unorganized and under staffed, that should of told us to stay away!

I was injured twice at work with a neck injury. My co-worker also has a neck injury. He stated that it had nothing to do with work. My physical therapist said that this type of work will ruin your neck. Yet he claimed that it had nothing to do with work. Stay away from this doctor.

Dr. Schaefer is a very conscientious and caring doctor. He doesn't try to push the patient into things they are not comfortable with but comes across very honest and to-the-point. I like his demeanor.

Waiting 6 months to have surgury

Very pleasant atmosphere. The staff is professional and Dr. Schaefer is superb.

Excellent orthopedic surgeon

Dr. Schaeffer analysed my back problem, explaining what to expect in the future in a factual but compassionate manner. he did not push surgery on me but told me to come to see him when I felt that I needed more assistance with pain management. I did not need an appointment for this service. I felt that he exhibited a very compassionate attitude of helpfulness to me. This was much better than I had expected after having visited other doctors.

I've visited many dr over the years with having 3 teens in sports an this office staff adds are absolutely the nicest , friendliest medical personal I've ever met , they listen to you an make sure your visit pleasent , they really treat u like your family ,
