Dr. Robert Marc Schainfeld, DO

He is my favorite doctor and I have approximately a dozen. He’s always pleasant, takes his time during my appointments, explains everything clearly so that I can understand in layman’s terms and always alleviates my concerns. He’s a wonderful cardiologist!

I cant say enough wonderful things!!! I took my dad frank to Bob not only was he able to save his leg but he made us feel like family. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for taken the time to make a very sick man feel like a person!!

I’m so impressed by the quality of care from Dr. Schainfeld. He took time to explore how my illness was effecting Me holistically. MGH needs more caring and competent Doctors like him.

I'm fairly young and have been dealing with chronic pain in my legs since I was 14 years old. I received an indirect referral to this doctor and jumped through hoops with his secretary Paula trying to get an appointment. They wouldn't return calls and when I'd finally get through, she made it sound like the doctor was annoyed at the idea of having to figure out my problem. I never actually met Dr. Shainfeld because I cancelled the appointment due to the lack of empathy being shown to a new patient. I've been to many doctors over the years and have never felt so disregarded by a practice.

I drove 5 hours for my appointment only to be dismissed in under 5 minutes. The provider made it clear that he did not want to be there and it was so obvious I was an absolute inconvenience. Poor patient care.
