Dr. Robert Louis Schmitt, MD

I just learned he passed away. I am heartbroken to say the least. Not only was he my doctor for many years, he was a good friend. I rarely go to the dr for anything, but he always took the time to take care of me and talk with me, not at me. He made recommendations to improve my health. Since he took over admin duties, i never got to see him, but he always answered my emails, and had other doctors to see me. Going to miss him greatly!!!

Wouldn’t want any other doctor. He is personable and never rushes his patients. He doesn’t dismiss patient issues, explains things in easy to understand ways. Really cares and works hard for his patients.

Been a patient more than 10 years. He listens to you, takes as much time as needed, explains things so you can understand, always a gentleman, always good humor, just a very good person. Wish him and family all the best.

Was a patient of his. looking back at it, he was rude and childish. Not respectful towards me as a women.He did not take me seriously did not want to do is job acted like I was wasting his time. I had some serious concerns, but he did not care. If he is getting high reviews I wondering if they are coming from Men patients or if this doctor FINALLY matured ?
