THIS DR IS UNDER INVESTIGATION! It is public record on the Dept of Health site. Want a doctor that will violate your HIPAA privacy rights? Then this is your guy. He shared my personal and private details. No clue how he is still legally practicing medicine. He is a liar, cheater and leads patients to spend money on damaging supplements to line his pockets. He is arrogant, unprofessional and labels himself an osteopathic doctor to sell these supplements. Only reason I did not press charges is because I was mourning the loss of my father, who by the way died under his care THE SAME DAY he was seen in the office and this doctor pawned my father off on a nurse and NEVER EVEN SAW HIM.

Dr Schneider is undoubtedly the finest Dr. I have ever had. He is patient, knowledgeable and truly cares. He has been there for me and my husband every time we need or visit him.

I love this doctor. He always spends time with me and explains everything. I also like his PA Ashley. The only problem is the staff.

(This is a 1 star review only because it's not possible to enter zero stars or a negative value.) I was Dr. Schneider's patient for several years and satisfied with his care until issues with his office staff, including long phone call wait times, lack of follow-up, general lack of professionalism and rude attitude led me to question if these costs outweigh the benefits of seeing him. When I mentioned my dissatisfaction with a member of the staff they suggested I may want to consider their "concierge" service. The implication was that good service was reserved only for those patients who are able and willing to pay extra for it, which I was not. I next spoke with Dr. Schneider directly about my consideration to leave his practice and he suggested I give him the opportunity to speak with his staff, give them a second chance and leave only if "they drop the ball". Over the next few months my issues with the staff continued to degrade to the point where I came to believe their ineptitude… could pose a health threat to me. Again I spoke with Dr. S and this time he became very defensive and eventually belligerent. He took a "the whole world is wrong and we are right" approach and at one point in our conversation he suggested that his staff did not want to hear from "patients who are whining during a pandemic." That was the end of our conversation. Stay away from this practice.

I don't know how all these negative reviews are generated, but my wife and I have been patients for 10 years now. Love him! He helped out my wife with Pneumonia in an extraordinary way. Further the PA's are awesome (Shelley and Ashley)

I have been a patient of V this office for 10 years and have always received the most professional and preventative care

aside from his office staff being the most rude and worst staff ever, he instructs his PA and attending nurse to give you false information. when you confront them about it, they lie to cover it up. further, they office would call me on the day of my appointments and cancel them, 3x in a row. clearly the Doctor is instructing them to do so as I have other folks who saw him the same day he was supposedly " out of the state on vacation". liar liar liar. dont waste your time and money.

Office staff is rude. He has no time for you if you are not a concierge patient. Won't return phone calls. I wouldn't let him treat my dog!

If you arrive 5 minutes late-yes FIVE MINUTES- they cancel your appointment and have the audacity to comment that you should learn to tell time! Horrible treatment by a rude staff, but the blame falls on the doctor, who not only allows his staff to treat established patients that way, but engages in the same unreasonable and verbally demeaning behavior. Will be finding a new doctor!
