After a terrible experience in the ED at banner ironwood I was a little hesitant about my visit with Dr Kincade. He spent time going over my concerns and made me feel comfortable with my decision.

Performed Vein Surgeries without proper training or follow up instructions. Told me I might be having a stroke in his office, but we should wait it out to be sure. His office billed me after bills were paid in full. His collection agency apologized when I sent them copies of his cashed checks. He left town with a note on the door and was unavailable for complaints until recently re opening his practice in another AZ city. BEWARE.

Surgery time and it's stressful that the Dr. K, will not return a phone call to my hubby. We like and trust Dr. K, just sayin.......

I would highly recommend Dr.Kinkade for any surgical procedure. He is thorough, answers his calls promptly, and is getting better at earlier discharge of his patients.
