I have seen Dr. Shapiro a couple of times for my prenatal visits. He seems nice and did an okay job. I have to admit I wasn't impressed when he answered his phone during my appt. though (which I waited for for quite some time in the exam room). He never even apologized or said it was an emergency or anything. Overall, I think he was okay though.

I don't know what problem u had with him but he was the best. i whish he had an office around here.

I was referred to Dr.Shapiro by another doctor for an ablation surgery. I had extreme complications from this and was put through many tests to figure out what was wrong with me. Dr. Shapiro, on my last visit, told me there was nothing else he could do for me and told me to find another doctor for a second opinion. I then went to a well known respected doctor in my area and after being in her office for 20 minutes, she had a diagnosis. After having my uterus out with this new doctor, I feel like a new women. I feel Dr. Shapiro has no bed side manner and doesn't care about the patients he sees. I would not recommend him to anyone.
