I went to Dr.Snow for second opinion about my urgent back surgery,I was in excruciating pain for10 days,without any relief from pain meds.He was so good!Fe explained my problem,went over test results and options for surgery with all the details and answered all my questions.I did not feel rushed and spent a lot of time with me going over everything.I did not go for him for surgery,because I could not wait another week for his next operative day.He only does surgery on Tuesdays and I was in agony and my symptoms couldn’t wait another week.His office staff is also great, I waited 5 minutes before they took me to see the doctor.I’ll definitely recommend Dr.Snow,he is old school doctor who spent a lot of time with the patient and treat patients with respect.

Just recently had my Lumbar disectomy with Dr. Snow. I was doing my PT and and stretching for a at least an hour a day to with Zero results. I hadn’t had a full night sleep in 4-5 month with being woken up with excruciating nerve pain to my right leg(wanted to cut it off at time).i met with Dr. Snow on a Wednesday and was in surgery on Tuesday. My biggest regret! Why did I wait this long! I had instantaneous relief from the moment I woke up from surgery to the L5-L4 severely herniated disc. I can’t tell you about the recovery yet, but my nerve pain is non-existent after a 1 hour surgery. His staff is exceptional, but more importantly Dr. Snow’s pretty much guarantee of a pain free leg following surgery. Don’t even consult with other doctors , just get it done as you will not regret it. THANK YOU DR. SNOW!!!!

A few years back, I was referred to Dr. Snow. We had a short meeting in which he explained to me what my issues were after reviewing my scans and reassured me that it was fixable and he does many surgeries like the one I needed. He was sympathetic and was the first person who said to me he realized how much pain I was in and was shocked how I had held on for so long. He did my surgery and I was only down for about three weeks and then I was on my way to living normal life. It took several months for my body to fully adjust and for my pain to lessen and eventually disappear. I went from someone who limped around from pain, cried constantly from it, couldn’t put on socks, tie shoes, etc. to someone who can do everything a normal person does and more. I cannot thank Dr. Snow enough. He was even nice enough to call me multiple times after my surgery to check in - and sometimes I called his office freaked out about little things and his staff was always nice and he promptly returned my… calls to reassure me everything was fine and it would take a little time for my body to normalize and my pain to lessen/be gone. He has very good bed side manner. Dr. Snow is kind and gentle, and an incredibly talented surgeon who realizes a patient needs more than a quick fix. He supported me throughout the pre, at, and post surgery stages. I would highly recommend him. 5+ Stars!

He is experienced and knowledgeable. He explained my issue and options. he was cavalier when discussing the surgery part which put me off. he also was yawning throughout the visit. I am sure he has surgery early in the morning, but stifle the yawn.

I chose Dr. Snow after a friend in NY recommended him - i felt sure I had found the right doctor after I met him. After a few years of debilitating pain - since I was not in a rush to have back surgery - he told me that I was a candidate and could be relieved of my symptoms. I knew I had to do something so I went ahead with the surgery. (L5-S, Lumbar microdiscectomy) He told me that I probably waited a bit too long and damaged the nerve permanently but twelve years later I have never looked back and never experience pain. Right after the surgery i was nervous I had relapsed and he saw me and told me to relax. He said that he was sure I was fine and needed to be patient. He made me feel better as he inspires confidence. I believe I owe a lot to Dr. Snow and feel that he is indeed very competent.

Dr. Snow performed a simple nerve decompression when other docs wanted to fuse spinal vertebrae. I was up and around in 24 hours and a year later, have no pain from that nerve.

Very nice office. Staff not at ALL friendly. He looks at your MRI and if for whatever reason you don't need surgery he is done with talking to you. I had problems that werent able to be helped surgically, but for a Doctor of his level, he has to have some suggestions. Very quick and cursory exam. Offered zero help as to my issues. He gets spacey when you ask him stuff and I am not sure that I would trust him to operate at all
