Dr. Robert Starr is the best ophthalmologist. I feel very comfortable with him. I was scared because I didn’t know what was happening to my eyes. He has taken great care of me and has diagnosed and pinpointed exactly what is wrong with me. He has been instrumental in helping me with my vision and all my ophthalmology issues. He has a tremendous understanding of medicine and insight in ophthalmology. I’m so glad that I was referred to him by my physician who recommended him highly. I trust Dr. Starr and recommend him to my friends and family and anyone who has any issues with their eyes.

Dr. Starr is absent-minded and not up to date in his practice. His office is cluttered and dirty. The equipment is old. He services patients in his waiting room. He does not provide complete prescriptions (I needed reading, computer, and distance). He provided a blurred distance prescription. I went to an ophthalmologist because of severe dry eyes and focus problems. He told me to use Costco eye drops. Plus, he collects a cash only service fee, no receipt, on top of insurance and copay. GO ELSEWHERE!
