I have been a very longtime patient of Dr. Steinberg back to when the practice was on Flagler. He has always taken time that was needed and I value his knowledge of where to send me for Specialist care. He is always interested in you as an individual. I would highly recommend him for lifelong care. I especially value Irma his RN as she is very good at followup with meds and communication.

Dr. Steinberg is an excellent physician. He is very thorough in his examinations and careful to accurately prescribe. His assistant, Irma, is great about calling back with test results and is very helpful when relating messages to and from Dr. Steinberg. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Decent doctor, however support staff seemed to be lacking. The front office was seemingly rude and a bit petty. They seemed to purposely embarrass one poor patient while I was there which is unprofessional.

Dr. Steinberg is a caring compassionate physician who spends a long time with patients. He answers all your questions and does not rush you. i would definitely recommend him.

His Assistant is Rude & Unprofessional, his Nurse does not know what she is doing, When you get sick the wrong medication are called in and Dr. Steinberg keeps wanting to prescribe the NEWEST Medications due to he will get a free vacation from the Pharmaceutical Company. He is not a Board Certified anything but an INTERNIST!!!

Dr, Galante is an exceptional physician with spot on diagnosis who listens carefully to her patients as well as demonstrating a huge big heart making her an amazing clinician and doctor HOWEVER BOTH HER RECEPTIONIST AND NURSE ARE RUDE INSECT POWERED OPERATORs WHO ARE VIRTUALLY DESTROYING HER PRACTICE with their over the top nasty bad and totally unprofessional behavior! The receptionist in particular is ALWAYS BUSY WITH PERSONAL MATTERS AND GOOD LUCK GETTING ANYTHING FROM HER! Specifically my normal wait time is 2-3 HOURS as they pile 20-25 people in at one time at 11am and again at 2pm! These girls need training but I recommend a pink slip!!!

The Dr. is good, the prices are high, but the support staff is less than adequate. The practice would benefit greatly if someone answered the telephone and dealt with things. It's always leave a message and then wait. It's not always clear where to leave a message. It's all very inefficient and time consuming on both ends when people are leaving messages etc. Exam, tests, then no follow up for results. I think someone should pay more attention.
