Dr. Robert L Sterling Jr., MD

One of the best physicians we've encountered. Is patient, courteous, sensitive and when appropriate humorous. Diagnosis is clearly explained and easily understood by the patient. An excellent personality.

I saw Dr. Sterling at York Hospital. The hospital was very nice. I was having numbness that no one could figure out why it was happening but he did! Dr. Sterling spent a lot of time listening to me and asking me questions. He had a sense of humor which I really appreciated and was a very "real" person. He was super thorough and I felt like he went out of his way to explain what was happening to my family. I wish he was my regular doc because he was so kind and knowledgable. I would highly recommend him.

My father had a stroke and was taken to York Hospital. This was an extremely scary time for my family and if it wasn't for the quick response he would have suffered debilitating effects. I could tell right away that Dr. Sterling cared. He was attentive to our questions and he explained things so clearly in terms that we could understand. He took the time to call me personally several days later to keep me updated. He is a very genuine person. One of the nurses told us that he is their best doctor and all the patients love him. I can understand why.
