Once a very caring doctor, age and technology has gotten the better of him. He is not up to date with the latest medical advancements and method of care. Unable to read a CT or MRI. Not informed on the latest standards of care or advancement in treatments. Once having a caring staff, has been replaced with aggressive and uncaring staff. Good man but has lost the ability to keep up with modern treatments and diagnosis. In general, a good horse and buggy doctor.

He is a caring doctor. HEe always put the patient first and listens to their needs. I will be grossly upset when he retires because he will not be easy to replace. He is a one of a kind. I love his gentle and caring way.

Dr. Stout is probably the most thorough physician I have had. When I have had medical and/or medicinal needs, he has always responded positively. He is my wife's internal medicine doctor as well.

A shame you can't talk with doctor. If you call the office, the nurses are arrogant and will not listen, nor will they give you a chance to speak with the doctor. If you care about your health DON'T go here!!!

My wife called to make an appointment and was treated with complete disrespect. When she explained that we had moved 75 miles away and we just needed enough medication to do me for 25 days (that was the earliest I could get an appt. locally) she was told "No, he should have already had a Dr. if he's on that kind of medication." Wow, she could have said no without being nasty about it. Her tone of voice showed a complete and utter disregard for the patient's health, feelings or anything else. Great doctor who needs to hire a new staff.
