Appt time means nothing. Be prepared to wait at least an hour to see Dr Stroud??

Very caring easy to talk to and has a great staff

I have been a patient only a few months, but am not overly impressed. I have spoken with nurses who said they would get with the Dr. and call me back, but not call ever came. I called 3 days in a row one week without a call back, but did get my question answered when I finally had an appt. Called another time and was told someone would get back with me, but again...no call came. They book too many patients on or near the same time period.

He is a great doctor. But every visit you have to wait minimum an hour, most the time 1.5 hrs. Not very good

We waited for over an hour and a half for each appointment. Met another patient in the lobby that said he had left earlier after waiting for over an hour. After all that waiting, the doctor listened to a list of varied concerns and suggested cialis without any tests. You could google for a better answer. He spent less than 5 minutes with us each time. The office staff is unprofessional and lazy. This is the first review I have everwritten and I feel strongly enough to warn others Do Not Go Here!

Dr. Stroud is very good. His office staff and nurses are very disorganized in the Grapevine office. Too many scheduling issues and wait time too long when not even seeing the Dr.
