My wife was referred by Dr. Towner for a thyroid biopsy. It's been 11 days since the procedure, he still hasn't contacted her with the results. The lab and his medical assistant won't give us any details including when we might hear from him. During our visit, he said to my wife: "I am talking to your husband!" The blond receptionist in Forest Hills office is even more rude, equally in English and Russian. Avoid.

I really like him,and all what he does and has done to help find my diagnosis ,I don't know what would happen to me without him ,acting as my PCP,while my PCP didn't care much- Dr.Towner was "the one".thank you doctor.

Was not happy with office in Elmhurst. Feel he didn't clean intruments. He was more involved with his cell phone. He told me he is no longer involved and that the NYC Eye Ear etc. will take over. They call him for referral and information and he still hasn't returned their or my calls.
