Dr. Bob was referred to me during, what I call, the worst of times. Our paths were absolutely meant to cross. We immediately found common ground and developed a professional doctor/patient relationship that would last six years! Dr. Bob and I built our relationship on the most important thing I was lacking in my life - trust! I thought I was seeking help with the death of my son and found that this tragedy was only one element of my disjointed, chaotic life. I cannot express enough, my appreciation of his genuine concern and his skill as a therapist. I would still be his patient if he had not retired to go into private practice in his home town.

Dr. Umlauf provides meaningful and thorough diagnosis and treatment plans. He explains everything in great detail while requiring you to self-evaluate your issues and means to address them. He is compassionate, understanding as well as ethical and honest in dealing with you chronic pain issues. I wish the medical team of APRN's & MD's were the same. Unfortunately for patients you are a cash flow of easy money and you are treated that way.
