Thank you for your skill and knowledge in helping overcome my first broken(hopefully last) broken bone.

My visit went well but then the care ended. I was told to meds were being prescribed for me and they would be called into my pharmacy - None where ever called in. I was told I needed an MRI but again it was not ordered!!! I called OrthoNeuro and Dr. Whitehead’s office - only got their machine and I left messages. NO ONE ever called me back. I have decided to go to another group. I am in a lot of pain and I am so very disappointed with OrthoNeuro. In the past, I have had other doctor’s with OrthoNeuro provide excellent service (8 surgeries!!!). But I will not be using OrthoNeuro again.

Dr Whitehead has taken care of my sports related injuries for 14 years. Always thorough and complete in his explanations and therapy to get me back in the game

Please save your time & money by seeing another doctor other than Dr whitehead. I was seen by Dr Whitehead three times in 9 months, and each visit was over an hour waiting to be seen by him, once it was 1 hr 45 min!!! It didn't matter if I was 1st or last on the list...it was always over an hour wait time. Okay onto the part that really scared me....not only did he barley listened to me...but Dr. Whitehead didn't even order the correct area for the CT Scan!!! I had to plead with the Radiologist to OVERLAP my scans just to get my injured area x-rayed, Dr. Whitehead ordered a pelvis and chest xray, when an abdominal scan was required. The Radiologist was kind enough to do this for me, but if I didn't ask & follow up on my own, I would have wasted my time & money.
