Dr.Flores was terrific !! Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Staff was great, too. Walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend!

I saw Dr. Flores today for a condition three other doctors said should be treated by a plastic surgeon. He is a warm, friendly and compassionate physician who listened to my concerns. But most of all has a solution to my condition. I feel confident and secure in his hands.

I am a patient at NYU Langone and have been more than pleased by the quality of care I have experienced for over a decade. Dr. Flores is by far the worst experience I have had with a physician at NYU. I wish there had been another person in the exam room to witness the level of disrespect and dismissiveneas I received I will never go to NYU for care for anything other than one doctor I have known since before she was transferred there. This man made me feel so ugly I did not think it was possible that he could even be a health professional. Maybe he is good with kids. I just know he was awful with me and ruined my effort to get badly needed help. Avoid at all costs is my advice

Dr. Flores has been treating our son for several months and will our craniofacial surgeon for years to come. He is excellent in his craft and has given us reassurance with his results. He can seem overconfident at times but it is well deserved. We are hally with his whole team and our medical needs are always met.

I live in Indianapolis and have such a tremendous amount of faith in Dr. Flores that I am willing to travel to New York to receive the best possible medical care!!!
