I would like to very highly commend Dr. Roberto Hernando for his great professionalism, efficiency and personality. He is always available and ready to help his patients with whatever they need. I really appreciate having a doctor like him who really cares and shows the most sincere interest at all times!!!!

Médico poco profesional, apoya la ineficiencia de sus secretarias que no responden las llamadas ni correos electrónicos, se niega a llenar documentos de deshability para el seguro social. Es grosero con pacientes cuando presentan quejas de sus empleados.

ILEANA DELORETO Local Guide?·?36 opiniones?·?12 fotos hace un mes-Editar Ya he visto al Dr en varias ocasiones, sinceramente este Dr. es Excellente, desde que le explique mi situacion que consiste en Fribromalgia, el explico el porque era tan importante atenderse con un siquiatra para aliviar los dolores, yo aparte tengo Neuropatia, y he perdido la memoria, etc, entonces El me escucho me hablo me medico varias medicinas y he mejorado mucho con el, el es muy profesional, respetuoso y actua tan natural que le da a una confianza para hablarle claramente, ya yo se que mis visitas seran de por vida para poder sentirme mejor, yo recomiendo a este Dr. por todo sus virtudes, y sobre todo su profesionalismo.

Dr. Hernando appears to be very busy. He is distant. No good rapport.

This is the worse doctor I have EVER seemed! Doctor Hernando is NEVER in the office on time, he leaves his patients waiting for 3 hours or more , and when you can't wait anymore you are seen by his nurse practitioner that only gives you more medicine then actually listen to you! The first appointment in the morning at 9 am is already overbooked with 6 patients before yourself,also they overcharged me for a consultation and until now a days I still have not seemed my money back! So disappointing how they dont care for your time and health , go look for another doctor while you can! I tried being seen by this doctor 3 times in a roll and I just wasted my time and left the office frustrated and worried as usual. After all of this, I decided to change doctors and his staff told me to release the my doctor's history they would have to charge me $1 per printed page ! Are you serious? You guys should close ! Working with individuals that need mental help is obviously not for you because… you dont care!!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COST! i was shocked and disgusted by the lack of attention and professionalism. His waiting room was packed with people waiting over two hours. Investigating this doctor turned up that he has two offices as well as his residency in two different hospitals. This man is a patient mill where he can bill insurance every 15 minutes and neglect his clients (customers). Horrible service and lack of consideration for mental health sufferers.

I am the mother of an Adult with serious mental disorder, I go out of my way to make sure he keeps his appointments and takes his meds, even so- he suffers from severe mental disorders. I have yet to visit this office and it not be full beyond a reasonable wait time it almost seems they overbook. The staff is arrogant, and not very sensitive to the seriousness of mental disorders, I feel they lack training, but mostly they lack compassion. I wish they could see beyond the label of Mental disorders and see the suffering that most parents of Mentally ill children feel, how hard it is to get the loved one to the dr's office, and then to suffer through all the conversations that take place by Pt;s that are not in such bad shape, as you cannot control who sits next to you, as you wait for hours. I think People with serious mental disorders should not have to wait hrs to see a Psychiatrist,. we need new laws and more training. I don't think this provider is bad, he just needs to remember why… he is a dr. and remind his staff that Pt's with Mental issues are there, sometimes with a lot of encouragement, and it doesn't take much to set them off. Its just the nature of the illness. Arrogance or sarcasm should not exist in a mental health environment.
