Have you been kicked out of the office by a doctor? Have you been yelled obscenities by medical office staff? Have you been threatened to get reported to your insurance company (is that even a thing?) for questioning accuracy of billing charges? Welcome to the office of Dr Roberto Pineyro, where you can experience all of that and much more. Shocking to see how beyond unprofessional this doctor and his assistants are. I had to file a report with the Florida Medical Board regarding illegal practices, threats, and HIPAA violations.

I had seen the doctor . He prescribed a medicine that was turned down by the insurance company. There were other related medicines that did the same thing. Over a period of several weeks I kept calling the office and being promised to an immediate return call AND NEVER RECEIVED ONE Also I couldn't reach the doctor I spoke mainly to his receptionist who did nothing.

DON'T GO THERE! I came in ,staff was good , billed me correctly. Went in 3 times ,for the same problem,and told me i only have allergy. He sent me to do Audiology test ($1000),brain MRI(another $1000 or more),and the diagnose was the same.Still can't figure it out ,what kind of allergy I have.He and primary said ,that's not important.First I've got Prednisone 5mg steroid,which was really good,my sore throat went away(after 2 ys,or something),i have problemas with my ear too.But after all this, I just need to take Allegra!This doesn't help! Again!Don't go here!!!!!!!!!!

Came in for an appointment today and was asked to present my insurance card. I told them that I don't carry the physical card on me but I have a clear copy on my phone as a photo (both sides) and I will be more than happy to e-mail it to them. The secretary went back to ask the doctor (or someone) and came back notifying me that they won't accept my copy and that they MUST have the physical card and asked if she could reschedule me for another date.... I MEAN SERIOUSLY!! I said aren't you going to call and verify the insurance with the insurance company anyhow? Most clinics take my insurance info over the phone and verify it without my presence even. So they said its the office policy and it is what it is!! I said, "You guys are just being difficult!" and left. VERY UNFRIENDLY STAFF. LOOKS LIKE THEY'RE NOT TOO EAGER TO GAIN ANY NEW PATIENTS!!! STAY AWAY!!!

I WAS SENT TO HIM TO REMOVE A BUILD UP OF WAX IN MY LEFT EAR.HE WORKED ON BOTH EARS AND MESSED UP MY HEARING, SO THAT MY HEARING IS VERY BLURRED AND I CANT LISTEN TO MUSIC IT IS VERY BLURRY AND DISTORTED.

Really a great physician, excellent bedside manner. Very through. He explains everything clearly & doesn't rush through his cases. He takes his time and in doing so has certainly gained my trust. From past horrifying experiences I don't trust anyone in healthcare anywhere in Florida. Dr. Pineryo should be your first call if you are in need of the best Otolaryngologist in South Florida!

To whom it may concern, I was worngly billed and have been following up every week for the past 3 weeks. I have sent in EOB and confirmation your office was paid. Yet Michelle refuses to CLEAR my account. It is amazing you have been paid I prove it and yet no one will do there job and clear my balance and APOLOGIZE for YOUR MISTAKE... I SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN BILLED TO BEGIN WITH AND HAVE SPENT OVER THREE WEEKS TRYING TO CLEAR IT UP BUT THAT MICHELLE IS WILL NOT DO HER JOB. I SENT HER ALL THE PROOF SHE NEEDED.... AND STILL NOTHING...

Dr. Pineyro did an exceleltn job with me about my allergies. He diagnosed the problem quickly and prescribed me the proper drugs and I've been fine ever since.

I cannot beleive that all the bad reviews about this doctor have been erased!!!!This is insane, this doctor and hois staff are absolutly abnoxious and the level of professionalism so low it incredible that the previous opnion were removed. People and parents need to know how bad this office is.
