APPARENTLY THERE ARE SOME BOGUS COMMENTS FLOATING AROUND OUT THERE. DR YCAZA IS TRULY A 5 STAR DOCTOR. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO HIM FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS NOW AND I'M PROUD TO SAY I 'M COMPLETLY HAPPY WITH HIM AND HIS ENTIRE STAFF. THEY'RE ALL SO FRIENDLY & HELPFUL IN EVERY WHICH WAY. KUDOS TO THEM ALL. 5 STARS.

I was referred by a surgeon who told me that I needed 2 interventions before my insurance would consider surgery, pain management and physical therapy. The first question our of the Dr’s mouth was “why didn’t the office I work in send him more pain management patients!” The second statement was “ I can give you some Oxycodone and a muscle relaxer” to get you out of pain! I told him “no!” I am a nurse I Don’t want those things I came for an epidural shot in my neck today, he said “ oh no, not today you will need to be put under and I will do this while you are asleep!” Needless to say after many rude calls made by his staff to set up the “procedure” I decided this “Dr” is not the one who should treat me! I am writing my insurance company and the state about his professional attitude. The surgeon already has been informed as well as the office I work in.

If you are disabled forget it they only have one handicap parking spot and they fill up then tell you to park across the street.

Dr Ycaza refused to see my husband because he was. 25mins late to fill out paperwork. His appt was 9:00 and got there at 8:40. After being refused, we returned home and filled the paperwork out in 12 minutes. I have been in the Medical Profession over 34yrs and never have seen a doctor ignore a patient in pain until now.

Very Happy. He listens and works well with others, and explains all of the options available to you.

Dr Icaza has helped me get my life back. Never rushes me and always listens to my concerns. I was in severe pain when I came for treatment. He will all he can to help you decrease the pain you are living with.

I m happy that there is a doctor like Dr Ycaza who cares and wants to help me feel better. He is very skilled and smart in this area.. He's compassionate and his office staff is courteous.

Doctor wanted to give me pain shots along with oral medication after looking at my X-Ray and MRI. I refused shots because I heard too much bad about them and just wanted medication. It was game over with no medication and he showed me the door. Very poor & ignorant service with a smile.

Always runs late as he spends sufficient time with all patients. Possibly he should allot more time per appointment in scheduling?

Dr. Ycaza really does care about the patients pain. He will spend as much time as needed with each patient which sometimes puts him behind schedule. That's acceptable because he gives the best care and works hard to find the answer.
