Wrong diagnosis and gave meds that made condition worse. Finally saw primary dr. In oshkosh 2 days later to get proper diagnosis. Still bed ridden. This could have been avoided. Nurse stacy however gets 5 stars.

Came in for a complete health check up/physical. Wanted to schedule blood tests, stress tests, and allergy tests. Was told the blood test could be done during the visit but stress test and allergy test would be scheduled during the visit for elsewhere. Didn't even get a complete physical done. The blood work was never done or set up after we got sent out of the office to go to another level. That area wouldn't call back up to see what was up and why there was nothing scheduled. Was not given anything as far as setting up stress test and allergy test. Then got a bill in the mail that we had questions on. Could not get in touch with ANYBODY to get answers. Anyone I spoke to was given the run around and to leave voicemails and no one ever returned my phone calls until AFTER our bill was sent to collections. Will never return to Dr. Purdy or Centegra again. There was so much miscommunication and misinformation. Would not trust my health or my families with that kind of negligence.

Cares about his patients! Best doctor in the area.
