Dr. Robin Ross is an exceptional retina specialist!! I cannot say enough good things about her and the level of care she provides. I could always count on her for the best care for me and my patients. She is very personable and takes the time to thoroughly explain the condition and the treatment options. She is very straightforward and honest about the diagnosis and expectations. She always has state-of-the-art equipment and possesses a strong dedication to her patients and their care. She is very gifted, skillful and knowledgeable. One of the things that I appreciate the most about Dr. Robin Ross is that she cares about the "whole patient," not just their retinas. Patients and referring doctors felt that she was a sort of "security blanket" for them. If a problem developed, we knew she could take care of the problem quickly and successfully. The letters that she sends to referring doctors is also more detailed than most and makes sharing in the care of patients much easier and more… thorough. She is also a great collaborator. She enjoys working "with" patients and other doctors. My patients and I experienced a tremendous loss when she left the area. I strongly recommend Dr Robin Ross if you want great care.

Great, classic physician. Hard to get into for an appointment... you see her, it's like winning the lottery! She will explain your eye problem in layman's terms.

The office staff there is rude and unprofessional. They did not treat me (or other patients in the office) with any compassion or respect patients' privacy. They did not supply me (the patient) with information I needed prior to my appointment or follow-through with paperwork as promised. I left the office feeling worse than when I arrived.

Very abrupt. Staff was not helpful when addressing problems with my eye. Lack of communication. Would not take 2 minutes to talk to me about my eye problem! Going for a second opinion because of this.
